We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Solution Experience Specialist Intern with a strong interest in cloud technologies and sales. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to cloud solutions, customer & partner engagement, and sales support in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to understand customer & partner needs, demonstrate cloud-based solutions, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and learn cloud solutions (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS platforms, or internal cloud products)
  • Assist the sales team in identifying customer requirements and mapping them to suitable cloud solutions
  • Support product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for potential clients
  • Help prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, and solution documentation
  • Engage with customers via calls, emails, or meetings to explain product features and benefits
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis related to cloud services
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language

 

Requirements:

  • Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of cloud solutions
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Interest in technology and sales
